It started with sewing a few little garments for my toddler. No big deal; everything looks cute on her, errors and all. But then I made myself a sweater. And another sweater. And I thought… why don’t I hire a model, set a deadline, and make all of the clothing for a shoot?
It was an ambitious goal and one that ended up almost being more stressful than satisfying, but in the end I’m so pleased with both the clothing and the photographs. I hope this becomes an ongoing project of mine, perhaps with looser deadlines. A big thank you to Jun for modeling and to Sawmill Studio for hosting.
